At a Capstone ceremony held yesterday, we celebrated the first cohort of Emerging and Existing leaders who recently completed HSN’s Leadership Development Program Master Class.

The journey for the 40 emerging and 40 existing leaders blended together three levels of learning over three months: in-class, reflection and on the job learning around the leadership capabilities of leading self, engaging others and achieving results. The program supports and is aligned to our strategic goal of supporting and developing our people.

Congratulations to the graduates of our first cohort – we look forward to their leadership influence as we work to strengthen a culture that promotes a safe and healthy work environment, and fosters respect and inclusiveness across the organization.
